Hridayam Soft Solutions Pvt. Ltd. ("we", "us", "our") operates the CKYC for India platform. This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, protect and share your personal data in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDPA) 2023, RBI guidelines, and CERSAI requirements.
1Data we collect
We collect information you provide when registering, requesting a demo, or contacting us — including name, work email, company name, phone number, and institution details. We also collect usage data to improve the platform and ensure CKYC compliance.
2How we use your data
We use collected information to provide and improve our CKYC automation services, respond to enquiries, send relevant product updates, ensure platform security, maintain CERSAI compliance, and fulfill regulatory requirements under PMLA and related BFSI regulations.
3Data protection and security
All data is stored in ISO 27001 certified data centres in India, encrypted at rest and in transit using industry-standard encryption (RSA/AES). We process data in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDPA) 2023, RBI guidelines, and CERSAI security requirements. Customer KYC data is handled with bank-grade security protocols.
4Data sharing and third parties
We share customer KYC data with CERSAI as required for CKYC compliance. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with authorized service providers under strict confidentiality agreements for platform operations.
5Data retention
We retain personal data for as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with legal obligations. CKYC transaction records are maintained as per RBI and CERSAI record-keeping requirements. You may request data deletion subject to regulatory retention requirements.
6Your rights under DPDPA 2023
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, you have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data (subject to regulatory requirements). You may also withdraw consent for non-essential data processing. Contact us to exercise these rights.
